- This practice consists of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers when fully staffed._x000D_
- Standard four-day work week_x000D_
- Outpatient only with 1:5 nurse triaged, very light call _x000D_
- Lab draw, X-ray, anti coag, dietary, and behavioral health onsite_x000D_
- Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support in Moses Lake and Wenatchee _x000D_
- 20-25 patients per day _x000D_
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record _x000D_
- Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m._x000D_

- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 4 years longitudinal experience_x000D_
- Comfortable with full age-range of patients and higher acuity internal medicine patients _x000D_
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State _x000D_
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families _x000D_
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records_x000D_
- Provider who wants to reside in Grant County, Washington _x000D_
