- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of four years longitudinal experience_x000D_
- Comfortable with full age-range of patients _x000D_
- Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State _x000D_
- Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families _x000D_
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records _x000D_
- Provider who wants to reside in Grant County, Washington _x000D_
