**Qualifications:**_x000D_

- PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and possess NCCPA certification._x000D_
- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification._x000D_
- Advanced practice experience required; prefer 5+ years in primary care setting treating patients of all ages._x000D_
- Strong diagnostic abilities, effective communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to a variety of clinical practices required._x000D_
- Must have clean background and be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC._x000D_
