Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Clinic locum provider for Onamia, MN.
- Order Description:
- Type: Locum and Locum to Perm
- Position: APP
- Role: Clinic
- Daily volume: 8 16 patients
- Number of providers daily: 1 2
- Physician Backup: available daily, may be by phone
- Shift options: 9 5
- EMR: Athena Practice
- Trauma level: 4
- Candidate Requirements:
- State License(s) accepted: MN
- DEA/CSR required: DEA
- COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Both are encouraged. Provider must mask during flu season if they do not have a flu vaccination.
- BC/BE: Must be boarded APP
- Boards accepted: FM/FP NP or PA
- New Grads: Will consider but would prefer a candidate with experience
- Life Certifications: BLS
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
- Procedures logs needed: Will be reviewed at the time of credentialing
- Other qualifications needed:
- Current Staffing/Needs/ # of hours/shifts: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm. Could take someone for 40 hours a week in any capacity.
