· Patient Population/Age: all ages
· Department Description: community health for all people in the community
· EMR: NextGen
· Skills Required: minimum of 2 years’ experience in community health centers
· Board Certification: yes
· DEA: yes, required
· CSR: MCSR
· Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years of experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
