NP/PA _ Family or Adult Medicine _ Novato CA_x000D_ 28 miles north of San Francisco, CA_x000D_ _x000D_ Multi-clinic network_x000D_ FQHC _x000D_ $120 to 160k_x000D_ May be eligible for hiring bonus: $25k_x000D_ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant_x000D_ _x000D_ Responsibilities:_x000D_ Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population. Consult with staff physicians as needed._x000D_ Furnishes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions, within their scope of practice._x000D_ Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate._x000D_ Directs and coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required._x000D_ Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives. Continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards._x000D_ As appropriate to the position, participates in specific health promotion, education and/or prevention programs._x000D_ Assists in the ongoing development and implementation of performance-improvement activities such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development._x000D_ Maintains a professional relationship with staff and patients._x000D_ Assists in the coordination and integration of all health clinic outreach programs as directed by the Medical Director._x000D_ Performs other related and/or necessary tasks to achieve clinic goals and objectives, as directed by the Medical Director._x000D_ Other duties as assigned._x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_ Requirement:_x000D_ NP/PA with 2-3 Years of hands on clinical experience is required (experience excludes clinical rotations/clerkships) will consider candidates who have completed a residency hands-on training program of 12 or more months duration)_x000D_
