Practice:
- Primary Care Outpatient, No Nights, No Weekends
- 12-14 patients per day- Mostly Adults and Geriatric, with an option for Pediatrics
- A team-oriented group with an Integrated Care Model
- Work with experienced Primary Care providers in a newly remodeled clinic with extensive support staff and EPIC EMR
- Dedicated admin work each week
- Signing Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Life and Disability insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, CME, 401k with matching
- $50,000 in student loan forgiveness in addition to State and Federal Loan repayment programs
