A leading 160-provider multispecialty group in southeast Massachusetts seeks a Physician Assistant to join their Endocrinology Division. This office-based position offers the opportunity to work with Fellowship-trained physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights
Role: Providing care for diabetic and general endocrinology office patients under physician supervision.
Schedule:
- Four days in-office with a fifth administrative day (remote option available).
- No nights, weekends, holidays, or hospital duties.
Duties:
- Diabetic teaching, initiation, and management of oral/insulin therapies.
- Management of hyperglycemic/hypoglycemic states and chronic diabetic care.
- Addressing thyroid conditions, adrenal, hypothalamic/pituitary, parathyroid disorders, hypogonadism, and other endocrine issues.
- Utilizing tools like continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and the latest diabetic medications.
- Participating in programs such as weight management, osteoporosis management, and men?s and women?s health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- NCCPA Certified PA willing to learn and grow within the endocrinology field.
- Demonstrates maturity, organization, compassion, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus).
