**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Will travel between four clinic locations (will not typically work at more than one location per day), providing care to retired San Antonio Fire, Police, and other First Responders.

- Function independently to assess, diagnose, and treat or recommend courses of treatment for adult diseases, with particular emphasis on disorders of the endocrine system and metabolism.
- This is a well-supported position, partnering with Primary Care Physicians, Clinical Pharmacist, Care Navigators and RNs in a collaborative care model.
- Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm. No late clinic hours, no 12-hour shifts, no after-hours charting or call.

**Education & Experience Requirements:**
- Masters degree in nursing or Bachelors/Masters Physician Assistant Studies
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- Current license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Minimum two (2) years hands-on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Certified Diabetes Educator preferred.
