A multi-specialty group in Passaic County is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a great opportunity with their Endocrinology and Internal Medicine team at one of their facilities.

About the Opportunity:

• Specialty: Endocrinology and Internal Medicine
• Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business hours
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

The Endocrinology NP / PA will:

• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide examination and treatment of patients
• Perform procedural care, assessment, and treatment of acute injuries, infections, illnesses, asthma care. etc.
• Prescribe and interprets appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities
• Keep and maintain appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered
• Prepare and reviews reports, claims, and correspondence
• Ensure that records and documentation are in compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Prescribe medication and treatment for the patient
• Recommend appropriate physical and dietary routines and methods for disease prevention and maintaining personal hygiene
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
