Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Critical Care

A healthcare network in New York is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) for a Critical Care position with their team in Westchester County.

About the Opportunity:

• Start: mid-June 2025
• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, including nights & weekends (At least 2-4 weekend night shifts per month)
• Hours: 6pm to 6:30am
• Caseload: 13 patients per shift (varies)
• Patient Population: Mix of Cardiac, Medical, Neuro & Surgical

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily rounding
• Manage patient admissions
• Conduct critical care procedures, including central lines, arterial lines, and dialysis catheters
• Complete detailed patient documentation in the Epic EMR system

Qualifications:

• NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Experience in Critical Care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
