Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant for a Per diem position in the Emergency Department at Carewell Health in East Orange, NJ

Schedule will be 2-3 shifts per month- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am-8pm

Duties:

- Suturing, splinting and incision and drainage as well as other Basic ER skills

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a clinical setting

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Valid NJ state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

- ACLS, PALS etc
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
