NP/PA Critical Access/Rural Health Opportunity Opportunity in Great Falls, Montana Position Details: Opportunity in Great Falls, Montana Helena, 90m Full Time; Permanent Position Hospital Employed Opportunity Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Critical Access/Rural Health Experience Required Providers work in a family practice clinic and share call in partnership with 1 MD and 3 APCs 4 days in clinic per week 1 night ER call per week 1 ER call weekend per month Average of 2.3 ER calls per day Family Practice clinic experience preferred, ER experience required ACLS and ATLS evidence of training is required with certification preferred Transfers available to our large tertiary center in Great Falls Montana Approximately 50 minutes by car/ambulance (42 miles) Great Falls has a fixed wing and rotor wing for urgent/emergent patient transfers Direct provider call in line to 24/7 emergency operator Available specialties include Urology, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology, ENT, Plastics, Pulmonology, Neurology, Gastroenterology and a regional cancer institute Schedule, Compensation and Benefits: Providers receive a guaranteed base salary with annual bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance $5,000 CME and $1,000 licensure/dues annually Retirement + 5% match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Health, dental, vision, & paid disability MRMC is a loan repayment site through the National Health Service Corp (score: 18) Community Information: Great Falls is known as Montana's base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 60,000, and a draw of over 275,000 people in north central Montana.
