We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Job Responsibilities

Provide immediate medical attention to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries.
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient conditions accurately.
Administer injections and other necessary treatments as required.
Manage acute pain effectively through appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Participate in clinical research and trials to advance medical knowledge and practices.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest developments in emergency medicine, including medical terminology and acute care protocols.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
Experience in an Emergency Department
Experience in administering injections and managing acute pain is highly desirable.
Knowledge of occupational health practices is beneficial but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to emergency medicine.
Ability to ventilate patients effectively when necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
