Order Description:
    1. Type: Locum
    2. Position: APP
    3. Role: Clinic + ED + Inpatient Rounding
    4. Annual volume: Average 10 clinic/day & Avg 4 ED/day
    5. Any second coverage: MD Backup
    6. Shift options: ER call shifts are 8a – 8a. Clinic is flexible between 8a – 5p. 1 MD and 2 other APP’s on each day
    7. EMR: EPIC
    8. Trauma level: CAH 4
  2. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: SD
    2. DEA/CSR required?: DEA/CSR
    3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required but exemptions available
    4. BC/BE –: N/A
    5. What boards are accepted? NP or PA
    6. c. Residents - N
    7. Life Certifications needed: ATLS, ACLS, BLS (Have to have American Heart Association)
    8. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: No
    9. Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe: ER logs in the last 12 months
    10. Other qualifications needed: Prefer 3-5 years experience
