Provider must have DEA with NC address. 1 physician with 2 mid-level split coverage. Available dates are Mid-Level Sunday, December 1, 2024, 12p-12a, Mid-Level Sunday, December 8, 2024, 12p-12a, and Mid-Level Sunday, December 22, 2024, 12p-12a. There's an average of 22 beds in the department.
