    4. Annual volume: Around 4,000 visits/year, Average 13-16 per 24hr weekend volume
    5. Any second coverage: Virtual Backup
    6. Shift options: 12hr (7:30a – 7:30p) & 24hr (7:30a – 7:30a)
    7. EMR: EPIC
    8. Trauma level: 5
  2. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: SD
    2. DEA/CSR: DEA
    3. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required but exemptions available
    4. What boards are accepted? NP or PA
    5. Residents –Y/N and what are the details? N
    6. Life Certifications needed: ATLS, ACLS, BLS (Have to have American Heart Association)
    7. Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: No
    8. Other qualifications needed: Prefer 3-5 years experience
