Typical EM expectations:
Triage and Patient Assessment: Conduct initial assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and triage to determine the urgency of care.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Formulate diagnoses and develop treatment plans for a variety of emergency conditions, ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions.
Stabilization of Patients: Provide immediate care to stabilize critically ill or injured patients, including cardiac arrest, trauma, stroke, or sepsis.
Ordering and Interpreting Tests: Order diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, CT scans, etc.) and interpret the results to guide patient management
