Seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work at Bon Secourse Memorial Regional Medical Center.

- Provider will work shifts at both Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center and Bon Secours Southside Medical Center
- ED Volume: 46,000
- ED Beds: 42
- Staffing Model:
- 8-10 hour physician shifts
- 8-12 hour APP shifts
- EMR: Epic
- 6-10% of ED population is pediatrics
- 15-22% admission rate (combined true hospital admits and observation admits)
- Hospitalists admit 80% of the admitted patients in the hospital.
- Two Sonosite machines in ED
- GlideScope with pediatric/adult blades and flexible fiberoptic scope attachment
- Ultrasound-guided IVs done by physicians, RNs, and techs
- Located in Petersburg, VA
- 300-bed acute-care hospital
- Serves a population of 200,000+
- Medical center offers the latest technology in all major specialties
