Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Emergency Medicine to join our team for a short-term contract. This is a one-month position starting on July 2024, with potential variability in the start date. The ideal candidate will work 24-hour shifts with the possibility of 12-hour shifts upon negotiation. This role involves strictly Emergency Department responsibilities with no patient rounding.

Skills and Requirements

• Board Certification: Required
• Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a PA in Emergency Medicine
  • Emergency privileges can be granted within 2 weeks
• License: Active WA license required
• Certifications:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
