- Level IV Trauma Center
- 2 trauma beds
- 13 patient care areas
- 11,000 annual visits
- AANP or NCCPA Certified - Required
- MN license Active - Required. not considering non licensed at this time
- Friday - Monday Availability - Required
- Clean malpractice/background for credentialing - Required
- Local, drive in – Required
