We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dedicated healthcare team in the Emergency Department of our rural hospital located in Wellsville, NY. This position is a 1st chair APP position which requires minimum of 5-7 years working in the Emergency Department.

Qualifications:

• Current NY state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Completed a PA or NP program
• Emergency Medicine experience 5-7 years.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rural healthcare environment
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care in a rural setting.
• Must have elite skills running codes, incubation, chest tubes, lines and all procedures.
• Able to work on site alone without a physician.
