**Emergency Medicine APP opening in Iowa** * Located in ***Keosauqua, IA*** - just 78 miles from Iowa City * Full-time, permanent opening * Employed position * Provide services in the Emergency Department (ED) * Also function in a Hospitalist capacity (as needed basis only) for the Medical/Surgical Floor with physician co-management * Schedule: 48 hour shifts **Requirements:** * Experience with ED procedures including RSI, procedural sedation, fracture reduction, suture skills, splinting, arthrocentesis, and I&Ds required * Experience caring for pediatric, OB/GYN, and geriatric patients in an ED setting * A strong desire to provide high quality care in a rural community, be a team player, strong communicator, and have an attitude of service such that patients will have an exceptional experience in time of need **Benefits:** * IPERS Retirement * Paid Time Off * Medical, dental, & vision * Accident and Life Insurance * Short and Long-Term Disability * Family Medical and Military Leave * 403(b) Plan **Community:** The county has many opportunities for outdoor activities, such as camping, hiking, fishing and scenic drives.
