NES Health seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Assisant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Valley View Medical Center located in Fort Mohave, Arizona.

• 84 Bed Community Hospital
• Medhost EMR

• Radiology during the day and telerad at night 
• Pediatrics (Ped ortho admits, neonates in L&D) 
• Behavioral Health assistance for placement  
• Anesthesiology  
• Line Service 
• Ultrasound  
• OB/GYN 
• Hospitalist 
• ENT 
• Cardiology 
• Tele-Neurology  
• 6 bed ICU

About the Program and Hours

• 16 Bed Emergency Department
• 20,000 Annual Visit ED
• 10% admission rate from the ED
• 12-hour Physician shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a)
• 12-hour APP shift (10a-10p)

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
• Candidate Must be BE/BC in EM
• Active ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS
