Lead the Reopening of a Premier Med Spa – Focus Exclusively on Aesthetic Dermatology!

Virginia Dermatology, in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead the reopening of our Med Spa and focus exclusively on providing cosmetic dermatology services. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled aesthetic provider to build a thriving cosmetic practice in a well-established dermatology group.

We are looking for a provider with at least 3+ years of experience in aesthetics who has a strong presence in the area and the ability to attract and build patient volume. With a supportive team, cutting-edge technology, and an existing patient base, this role offers an incredible opportunity to shape and expand cosmetic dermatology services in the region.

Job Responsibilities

rovide a full range of cosmetic dermatology treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser procedures, microneedling, chemical peels, and other advanced aesthetic services
Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on skin health, anti-aging solutions, and cosmetic procedures
Build and expand the cosmetic patient base through community engagement and high-quality results
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMA

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Minimum of 3+ years of aesthetic dermatology experience
Strong presence in the area and ability to attract and build patient volume
Expertise in Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other cosmetic procedures
Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain one)
