Successful and highly rated aesthetics med spa and laser center in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their team! Responsibilities:
- Full-time permanent position - Aesthetics & Cosmetics
- Private practice med spa and laser center in Boca Raton, Florida
- Flexible schedule - approximately 35 hours per week (negotiable)
- Conduct skin analyses and comprehensive facial aesthetic evaluations
- Utilize a consultative approach to create personalized treatment plans for each client, focusing on cosmetic injectables, medical-grade skincare, and established skincare routines
- Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, such as wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, with exceptional skill and meticulous attention to detail
- Perform a range of medical-grade skincare treatments
- Proactively follow up with clients post-treatment to guarantee outstanding care and client satisfaction
- Develop and sustain a strong, loyal client base
- Contribute to the creation of educational and marketing materials
- Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active Florida PA or NP License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectable
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients
- Experience with EMR systems
- Collaborative team player, willing to assist in all tasks regardless of size
- Capable of professionally representing yourself and the business when meeting new clients
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, clinical practices, and industry trends.
