NP/PA Dermatology opening in New York - Located in Cooperstown, NY - Albany 75m, Syracuse 80m - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity Job Description & Responsibilities - **Team Composition**: Join a team of 3 Dermatologists, including a Mohs surgeon and Teledermatologist, and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians. - **Experience**: Dermatology experience preferred. - **Scope of Practice**: Medical Dermatology with opportunities for Pediatric Dermatology, Procedural, Laser, and Cosmetic Dermatology as desired. - **Patient Load**: See 25-30 patients per day, 4 clinical days. - **Practice Setting**: Outpatient practice with no call. - **Support**: Full support staff available. - **Locations**: Office locations in Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, Delhi/Andes, and Herkimer with the opportunity to select your primary location. - **Work Environment**: Must be able to work in a team environment and independently. - **Compensation**: Salary Range: $104,040 - $138,816 plus performance-based compensation. This range represents Facilities good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting. Salary is based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. - **Incentives**: Competitive RVU incentive with a strong internal referral network. - **Sign-on Bonus**: Up to $50,000. - **Employment Model**: Group employed.
