Private Dermatology Practice
Not affiliated with private equity.
Need is due to expansion to accommodate a large referral base and serve a rapidly growing patient base.
Join a well-established, reputable practice.
You will immediately have a full schedule
The practice is presently booking new patients 3 to 4 months out.
Expected to work independently but collaboratively with the physician.
Opportunities exist for surgical excisions and repairs, and cosmetic/laser procedures, if desired.
Established, experienced administrative support

EMR is Nextech
$120,000 base salary with 30% collections.

Job Responsibilities

This position entails providing care to both new and established patients. The responsibilities of the physician assistant/nurse practitioner will include, but not be limited to, taking medical histories, performing examinations, ordering laboratory tests, developing a treatment plan for patients, and charting electronically on our dermatology specific EMR system, Nextech, with the support of a dedicated medical assistant(s) or scribe(s).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Currently licensed in the State of Arizona, or willing to apply for licensure promptly
• Previous dermatology experience of at least two years is required

Working Hours

Monday through Friday
NO weekends

Skills

Must have a minimum of 2 plus years of dermatology experience under a Board Certified Dermatologist
Strong knowledge of common dermatological conditions, treatments, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other relevant software applications
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
