Job Summary:
ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is looking for an experienced nocturnist acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Capital Regional Medical Center in Tallahassee, FL.
Qualified Candidates:
- APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and cover the critical care service at night with physician on call from home.
- Acute care certification and ICU experience required for NPs; 2-3 years’ experience in the ICU for PAs
- Ability to work Full Time, 15 shifts per month
- Night Shift only, MD on call for backup support
