Job Specifics

· OSF Medical Group Cardiovascular Institute, part of OSF HealthCare, seeks a cardiovascular critical care PA to join a busy multidisciplinary team of board-certified surgeons, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and advanced practice providers to provide evidenced based care to the adult post-op cardiac patient.

· PA must be board-eligible or board-certified. New graduates or experienced physician assistants will be considered.

· OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center is the fifth largest medical center in Illinois and one of six heart transplant and one of nine VAD centers in Illinois. OSF is the only downstate heart transplant and VAD center.

· OSF Cardiovascular Institute has performed 12 heart transplants and over 20 VAD surgeries. OSF CVI has performed 160+ other cardiovascular surgeries in the past year.
