We are excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our esteemed Interventional Cardiology team as the Coordinator for our Structural Interventional Cardiology Program. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing cardiac program that provides innovative, cutting-edge care to patients with structural heart disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize the care of patients undergoing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and other advanced interventions.
- Manage pre- and post-procedure patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in patient education, outreach efforts, and program development initiatives.
- Support research and quality improvement efforts within the structural heart program.
- Act as a key liaison between providers, patients, and families to facilitate communication and enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong interest in cardiology, particularly structural heart disease and interventional cardiology.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $185,000 *This does not include additional eligible bonuses*
