Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced APP to support the Cardiovascular Heart Failure Program at HCA Florida JFK Hospital.


Skills required:
  • APP with cardiovascular critical care experience
  • Heart failure/LVAD/heart transplant experience preferred
  • Procedural skills (central lines, etc…)
  • Great interpersonal skills (for chronic disease management and working with CV surgeons/cardiologists)
Responsibilities:
  • Inpatient and outpatient rounding/staffing
  • Heart failure clinic visits
  • LVAD call
  • Heart failure call
  • Call on weekdays and occasional weekends
  • Patient and staff education
  • Work with house officer
