Join our cardiothoracic team in an inpatient setting, focusing on high-quality patient care with a flexible schedule and no call.

Schedule:

• Start: ASAP, End: Ongoing
• 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week
• Holidays off include New Year's, Memorial Day, and more

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient cardiothoracic surgery
• Rounding in ICU and managing pre/post-operative care
• Average 20-25 patients per shift

Procedures and Cases:

• Manage patients post-surgery, including off-vent management
• Care for patients with open heart, VATS, and lung cases
• Work alongside an Advanced Practice Provider for support

Requirements:

• Board certified Physician Assistant
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must be licensed in Texas

Credentialing Requirements:

• Temporary privileges available
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 5-7 days
