SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic SC, a physician-owned and governed multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement, is recruiting for a SSM Health employed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for our Cardiology department. Professionally rewarding opportunity to join an established department of experienced providers.

Position Highlights:

  • Seeking a motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills who can function collaboratively in a large team atmosphere.
  • Outpatient-focused position involving a variety of Cardiology patients. Candidate would help manage a variety of cardiovascular problems (i.e., heart failure, coronary disease, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, among others) in an outpatient setting including hospital follow ups.
  • 40 hours per week (4 x 10hour days or 5 x 8hour days)
  • Join an established team of four Cardiologists, two Electrophysiologists, one Cardiothoracic Surgeon and five APPs supporting services in a community with growing cardiovascular needs.
  • Cardiology experience preferred, but will train new graduates or individuals without prior Cardiology experience for the right candidate.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with people involved in the care of the patient including other Cardiology team members, attending providers, nursing staff, and ancillary staff.

  • Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant
