SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500-physician multi-specialty group, is actively recruiting a full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE) Cardiology Advanced Practitioner (PA/NP) to support our Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic. The Cardiology Division is well recognized among their peers for outstanding quality data, excellence in care and service to patients throughout our 18-county service area.

Opportunity

  • Join a collegial, hard-working group of 14 physicians and 11 advanced practitioners.
  • The new provider will work in the Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) clinic, located at the SSM Health Outpatient Center.
  • Prefer previous experience in cardiology, but with a strong onboarding program we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Outpatient clinic-based practice including new and established patient visits
  • Anticipated hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • No call or weekends
  • The practice is conveniently based on the campus of SSM Health St Marys Hospital.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Prefer post-education experience in cardiology.
  • Wisconsin registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant.
