Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible: Board Certified, Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NCCPA, NP ANCC or AANP, Current unrestricted Arizona APRN license, Completion of a RN/NP First Assistant Program
• Licensure: Arizona and DEA, Current unrestricted Arizona APRN license
