Seeking CVT APP provider - Mon - Friday Day coverage with night calls and call-back and 24-hour calls on the weekend. Covergae is from Dec 23rd to Jan 6th. Mainly looking to fill 12/23-1/6/25, with some future dates, but the candidate needs to be able to fill the Dec-Jan dates to be considered. There's an average of 10 patients per shift and 187 beds in the hospital.
