Your Role with the Company:
- Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- APP will evaluate patients with peripheral vascular disease and those on dialysis
- Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant will work join a collaborative team environment
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- 1+ years of experience as an Advance Practice Provider in vascular care
