Cardiology NP or PA opportunity

Our client is seeking a PA or NP to work outpatient/inpatient Cardiology working with an experienced interventional cardiologist. Come join a well-established cardiology practice near Redding, California. Come be part of a great office where you can grow professionally and continue to develop your skill set. The Cardiologist is board-certified in Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology (M.D., MPH, FACC, FSCAI) and
has a well-established mature practice of more than 20 years. The office has accredited echo & nuclear stress laboratories and also offers other non-invasive cardiac evaluations including, Holter Monitor, EECP, Endopat and Bio Z.

This will be a great opportunity to become a specialty PA in Cardiology under an excellent teacher. You will be receiving exposure to all branches of internal medicine, because of multiple comorbidities in a typical cardiac patient. Redding is a beautiful part of Northern California with lots of opportunities for outdoor activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The PA-C/ NP-C to assist the Cardiologist in office-patient evaluations and management.
Prior experience with stress testing & other cardiac office procedures is preferable but not necessary.
One will get to see a wide variety of cases and pathology & will have a great opportunity to expand & grow professionally.

Job Qualifications:

Completed a nationally accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
Current license and be in good standing with the California Licensing Board. (PA or NP).
ACLS certification is preferred.
BCLS certification is preferred.
