Ability to work with a minimum degree of supervision, organizing and interpreting information and making judgments from a range of procedures that may be applicable. Ability to extract information from written material for entry into a database in a different format, understand and maintain overall logic of the database. Ability to perform detail work efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to organize large amounts of materials, handle multi-task projects, and independently prioritize workload.

Essential Functions:

  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Assists with the Residency program, works in collaboration with existing resident education coordinator in keeping with the requirements, policies and procedures of the GME and ACGME offices.
  • Updates all Residency program websites with accurate and current information.
  • Ensures all Residents are on boarded and off boarded correctly and efficiently.
  • The ability to work in the New Innovations website to send multiple evaluations, including updating milestones for the residency program.
  • Assist with multiple interview setups throughout the year for the residency program.
  • Complete verifications for residents and fellows
  • Manage residents allowance accounts
  • Other misc. administrative duties that apply
