**Occupational Medicine APP opening near Buffalo, NY**
* Located in ***Perry, NY*** - just 1 hour from Buffalo & Rochester
* Full time, permanent opening

* Primarily Days, some evenings
**Requirements:**
* Graduation from a state approved NP or PA program
* Current RN and NP/PA license to practice in the state of New York
* 1 year of occupational medicine experience; or 2 years experience in the primary care practice setting preferred
* Current BLS Certification

**Health System:**
A County-owned facility providing inpatient and outpatient diagnostic, acute, ambulatory, inpatient behavioral health and long term skilled nursing services.
