Nurse Practitioner - OB/GYN - Columbus, IN (Permanent)
45 minutes to Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No call schedule.
Requirements: Experienced Nurse Practitioner with prior collaboration experience with an OB/GYN physician. Women's health and EPIC experience are preferred but not required.
About the Position:
Support Staff: The clinic is supported by two Nurse Practitioners, two Sonographers, and a Phlebotomist.
Facilities: The clinic has 18 rooms and 2 procedure rooms, fully equipped for comprehensive OB/GYN care.
Outpatient Services:
Well-woman exams
OB returns
GYN problems (e.g., bleeding, vaginitis, breast lumps, pain, postpartum depression)
Referrals from outside providers
IUD insertions and follow-ups
Nexplanon insertion
Postpartum visits

Birthing Center: Part of a Family and Baby-Friendly Birthing Center welcoming over 1,200 babies each year. Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including LDRP rooms and a designated C-section OR suite. The center offers two levels of nursery care and has a physician lounge with fetal monitoring screens for each patient.
