Job Description: - Full Time, 30+ hours - Monday-Friday to cover office hours - Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation. - Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions. - Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments. - Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care. - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA. - Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology. Qualifications: - Board Certified with an active state license - Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program - Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
