**Advanced Practice - ENT opening - Coudersport, PA**
Located in North Central PA
**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital Employed
- NP/PA
- Established practice with one Otolaryngologist and one advanced practice provider.
- Start: ASAP
- Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
- Outpatient and inpatient rounding
- No Call
- EMR system Outpatient: Epic; Inpatient: Meditech, replacement system (Epic) is being planned for 2025
**Compensation/Benefits**
- Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms
- Base salary: negotiable based on experience 3 year average of MGMA median for APP internal medicine, $108,000
- Sign on bonus: $5,000
- CME: annually 5 days and $3,000
- PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and observed holidays
- Incentive Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive
- Production incentive based on wRVU
- Malpractice insurance
