Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant with a specialty in Allergy to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our board-certified allergists to manage and treat patients with various allergic conditions. You will have the opportunity to engage in comprehensive patient care, from initial consultation through follow-up and management of chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including detailed history and physical exams focused on allergic conditions.
  • Diagnose and manage allergic diseases, including but not limited to asthma, rhinitis, eczema, food allergies, and drug allergies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including allergen immunotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Perform allergy testing, including skin prick tests and pulmonary function tests.
  • Educate patients and families about allergic conditions and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience or specialized training in Allergy and Immunology is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
