- Seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant with cardiology or ICU experience_x000D_
- Clinic based position with inpatient service duties_x000D_
- M-F with inpatient rounding every third weekend_x000D_

**Required Qualifications:**_x000D_

Physician Assistant:_x000D_
- Valid WI Physician Assistant license_x000D_
- Current national certification_x000D_
- Prescriptive Authority (DEA License)_x000D_
- One year of experience as a Physician Assistant preferred_x000D_

Nurse Practitioner:_x000D_
- Doctorate, Master's Degree in Nursing, OR MS with BSN_x000D_
- Current WI NP license at start date_x000D_
- ANCC Board Certification or NAP as a Nurse Practitioner in area of specialization_x000D_
- Prescriptive Authority (DEA License)_x000D_
- 3-5 years of nursing experience in Cardiovascular Medicine (can be as a staff RN)_x000D_
