Seeking an Orthopedic NP/PA to join their department in Montclair, NJ (20 mi from NYC)._x000D_

* Join an established hospital department w/ 10 physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers_x000D_
* Inpatient-only setting_x000D_
* Provide consultation to staff, participate in patient rounds and case conferences, and provide education to clinical team members as indicated_x000D_
* Evaluate treatment and health care plans for effectiveness and modifies per clinical standards and practice protocols_x000D_
* Assist in surgical procedures, including preoperative patient evaluation, intraoperative assistance, and postoperative follow-up care. Surgical first assist in operating room and procedural areas as needed_x000D_
* Assist in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of research protocols when applicable_x000D_

**Required Experience:**_x000D_

* Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or Certification from the National Certification for Physician Assistants (PA-C)_x000D_
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Orthopedic subspecialty_x000D_
* Preferred: 1-2 years of Surgical Experience_x000D_
