Oncology (NP) opening in Astoria, OR_x000D_ _x000D_ Full time, permanent_x000D_ 20k sign on_x000D_ Relocation_x000D_ 2 years experience required_x000D_ _x000D_ We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical care within the Cancer Collaborative at Hospital located in Astoria, Oregon. OHSU Clinical Associates are fully embedded physician and advanced practice provider members of the OHSU Practice Plan (OPP) who deliver care at OHSU-affiliated settings and devote 100% of their time to patient care._x000D_ _x000D_ Key responsibilities: _x000D_ _x000D_ Clinical:_x000D_ Clinic Schedule: 36 hours of patient care; four-ten (10) hour clinic days._x000D_ Inpatient Rounding on medical oncology patients. Rounding responsibilities are shared among the Medical Oncology providers; inpatient responsibilities should not exceed five (5) percent of patient care hours._x000D_ Call schedule: Up to ten (10) days of call per month._x000D_ Responsible for clinical coordination of Palliative Care and the Survivorship Program. _x000D_ _x000D_ Administration:_x000D_ Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest._x000D_ Four (4) hours of administrative time are allotted each week._x000D_ _x000D_ Required Qualifications_x000D_ Masters of Nursing_x000D_ Ability to obtain Oregon RN license_x000D_ AANP Board Certification_x000D_ Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals._x000D_ Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting._x000D_ Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit._x000D_ _x000D_ Astoria and the Pacific Northwest has something for everyone to enjoy including living history, outdoor adventures, culinary experiences, beautiful scenery and so much more. _x000D_
