**APP - Occupational Medicine/Express Care Opening - Lewiston, ID** Located in West Central Idaho **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Rotating shift work (Full-time = 13 shifts/month) - NP/PA - Successful, physician-owned multi-specialty medical practice with 3 locations. - Collegial, respectful, and friendly provider and staff environment. - Group offers an array of ancillary services including full-service Laboratory and Radiology departments with onsite Xray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, mammography, and DEXA services. - Group offers a variety of providers and specialties for referral purposes, including: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and Podiatry. - Group strives to be on the forefront of healthcare innovation and has implemented several operational initiatives, including a patient tablet, online check-in, and a patient portal. **Requirements** - Must have graduated from an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program - Experience working as an advanced practice provider in an Urgent Care or emergency care setting. - Experience with injury management including, but not limited to, laceration repair, orthopedics, concussions. **Compensation** - 105K-130K annual base wage, with quarterly Quality Metrics bonuses of up to 25% of base wage - PTO - Generous medical, dental and vision insurance - Long-term disability and life insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Wellness incentives - CME allowance **About Lewiston, ID** - The Lewiston-Clarkston Valley has a population of approximately 60,000 and is located at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers on the Idaho/Washington border. - Its an outdoorsmans paradise with almost any outdoor sport available within minutes, including biking, hiking, boating, skiing, rafting, kayaking, hunting, fishing, camping, golfing and much more! - Easy access to a local airport, the University of Idaho, Washington State University, and Lewis Clark State College. - Two-hour drive to metropolitan communities of Spokane, WA and Coeur dAlene, ID. - Moderate four-season climate. - Safe community with excellent schools.
