We are seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our team just outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • State licensure as a professional counselor
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding

Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated range of $70,000 to $88,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
